Why become a NCS Team Leader?

Story added: 30th January 2018

Find out more about paid seasonal roles with CSF

Could you lead, inspire and mentor a small group of 15-17 year olds through a once in a lifetime experience this summer?

The Community Sports Foundation (CSF) are hosting a recruitment evening for those interested in delivering on our National Citizen Service (NCS) programme:

NCS provides young people with the opportunity to take part in residential camps and volunteering projects in their local communities. Participants get the chance to meet new people, make lifelong friends and gain new skills for their CV.

Last year, we mentored, challenged and inspired over 700 young people on their NCS journey. Our 2018 programme will be the largest yet and will require over 100 seasonal staff to bring the programme to life and ensure its lasting impact.

If you are a confident, enthusiastic, motivated self-starter who enjoys working with young people, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
