Calling all Coaches!

We are looking for dynamic, creative people with an enthusiasm to inspire and develop young people through football and sport to coach within our delivery departments at a variety of different venues across Norfolk.

There are different options available based on the availability and experience of our applicants:

• • 1-2 hours evening coaching working in our male, female and disability football pathways; either coaches currently working with grassroots teams or those that previously coached.
  • Part-time work for coaches looking for additional work in between another job or study.
  • People looking for a career in coaching or sports development.
  • Contract can be flexible from 1.5 hours a week up to 32 hours per week.

We are holding a taster event at The Nest at the end of the month for anyone interested in joining our team and finding out more about work at the Foundation.

The day will consist of an introduction to the charity, our vision and values, who we support and work with as well as our coaching fundamentals and delivery philosophies.

Attendees will also gain a further understanding of our delivery departments and the necessary skill sets needed to coach effectively to a large variety of different ages and abilities.
