A number of our weekly pan-disability sessions are back from next week (September 8th) following the summer break.
Our programmes are focused on building confidence, encouraging creativity, staying active and having fun in a welcoming and supportive environment.
We have a number of sessions including football, powerchair, dance and swimming – all of which are available to book online.
No matter your ability or experience, there’s always a place for you with Norwich City Community Sports Foundation. Our qualified coaches will support you every step of the way.

Our popular pan-disability football sessions gives participants the chance to play football against other players with differing impairments in a welcoming and supportive environment.
We have a variety of football sessions including four weekly Soccer Skill Centres, Mini-Kickers for ages 4-6, Down’s Syndrome, cerebral palsy and hearing/visually impaired.
Find Out MorePowerchair Football is an exciting, inclusive sport that allows players to enjoy football while using a powered wheelchair. It’s fast, skillful, and open to anyone who wants to get involved – whether you’re completely new to the game or looking to play at a competitive level.
We currently run two training groups on a Friday evening – a development session for beginners, and a first team for more experienced players.
No matter your ability or experience, there’s a place for you on the court. Our qualified coaches will support you every step of the way.

Sessions take place every Monday and focus on building confidence, encouraging creativity, staying active and having fun.
Led by experienced instructors, these sessions are all about enjoyment, inclusivity, and movement for everyone – no previous dance experience needed!
Find Out MoreOur Disability Swimming sessions provide a safe, supportive environment for children aged 8–15 with disabilities to enjoy the water, learn new skills, and stay active.
Sessions take place every Friday evening at Riverside Leisure Centre, and focus on building water confidence and swimming ability, staying active, encouraging independence and having fun.
Led by qualified instructors, the sessions are open to all abilities – whether participants are brand new to swimming or looking to continue their development.
Find Out MoreGet active and develop personal skills with our Realising Potential programme for people with physical and learning disabilities.
We have two Realising Potential sessions – for adults and juniors – that provides support through both indoor and outdoor learning.
Our junior sessions on a Tuesday evening at The Nest provide access to a number of activities including table tennis, bowling, game consoles and football on our 3G pitches.
Our adult sessions on a Wednesday afternoon at Carrow Park provide educational and employability support, along with multi-sports and other active sessions.
