Young footballers enjoyed a memorable summer holiday experience last week as Norwich City players Andre Brooks and Pelle Mattsson dropped in on the Foundation’s Football Holiday Camps, inspiring children throughout their sessions at Carrow Park.
The duo were greeted with huge excitement before sitting down for an engaging Q&A, where participants asked about their football journeys, daily training habits, standout moments in their careers, and what young players can do to keep improving. Brooks and Mattsson spoke about the value of hard work, listening to coaches, eating well, and staying committed to long‑term goals.
After the Q&A, the pair headed pitchside to watch the action unfold, offering encouragement as children took part in matches and penalty shootouts. They rounded off their visit by signing autographs and posing for photos.
