Whether you’re an aspiring coach or simply looking to build confidence and experience, Thrive offers meaningful opportunities to learn, progress, and make a difference. It’s perfect for volunteers keen to sharpen their skills and explore potential pathways within the Foundation—like those involved in our coaching programmes. Thrive volunteers may want to coach on programmes like Team Talk or Walking Football.
For those volunteers aged 12-16, there is also an opportunity to join our Junior Coaches Academy, which includes coaching development sessions and workshops.
