Girls' Football & Education side prepare for NFYL League Cup semi-final

A successful 2024/25 campaign could get even better for our Girls' Football & Education side as they host a semi-final at The Nest on Wednesday, 12th of February

The 2024/25 campaign has been one of the brightest for our Girls’ Football and Education cohort in recent years.

On Wednesday, February 12th, they will host Chelsea FC Blenheim Women in the NFYL League Cup semi-final at The Nest – the furthest they reached in the competition.

Led by Girls’ Football Development Manager, Summer Ward, the side head into the clash in great form, currently 11 games unbeaten in all competitions, winning all eight league fixtures.

The Community Sports Foundation and The Nest would like to encourage as many people as possible to fill The Nest this Wednesday, February 12th, to support the girls in their bid to reach the NFYL Cup Final for the first time in competition history.

Kick-off is 1.30pm – food, and hot and cold drinks will be available in The Nest’s cafe.
