Norwich City Community Sports Foundation is proud to launch our 2025 Impact Report, highlighting another year of significant growth, deeper community connections, and life‑changing outcomes for people across Norfolk.
The report reveals the Foundation engaged more than 56,000 participants through over 11,400 sessions, delivering more than 850,000 hours of activity across our wide‑ranging programmes. From sport and education to wellbeing and inclusion, our work continues to demonstrate the transformative power of community sport.
At the heart of the report is a clear message: sport is a catalyst for lasting change.
“Reaching over 56,000 participants is something to be incredibly proud of, but what really matters is the impact behind those numbers,” said Jake Humphrey, Chairperson of the Foundation. “The trust we’ve built, the relationships we’ve strengthened, and the consistency of showing up for our communities is what truly defines us.”
The 2025 report shows strong evidence of impact across all areas of the Foundation’s work:
In addition over 94% of participants would recommend Foundation programmes, underlining the strength and quality of our delivery.
Through initiatives such as Realising Potential, the Foundation also continues to expand opportunities for people with disabilities and SEND, helping individuals build confidence, develop skills and feel a genuine sense of belonging.

The Foundation’s community hub, The Nest, continues to go from strength to strength, welcoming more than 20,000 unique visitors during the year.
Developments in 2025 included the launch of new health and wellbeing facilities and expanded spaces designed to bring communities together.
Meanwhile, the opening of a Healthy Fans Support Hub at Carrow Road and the launch of MyClub, a new volunteer programme, demonstrate the Foundation’s commitment to creating innovative ways for people to engage with and benefit from its work.
The year also brought significant recognition, with Norwich City named EFL Community Club of the Season, reflecting the strength of the partnership between the football club and its charitable arm.
