Story added: 30th June 2020
The Community Sports Foundation is on the lookout for new apprentices to join our Coach Apprentice programme for the coming year.
Starting in August 2020, the scheme is aimed at young people (ages 17-20) who aspire to work in the world of sports coaching.
As well as gaining experience and developing coaching skills in live environments, apprentices work towards a number of industry-relevant qualifications helping to unlock future employment opportunities.
Throughout the year long programme, apprentices will receive a weekly salary in line with the national apprentice wage for 30 hours of work, and enjoy a host of additional benefits and incentives.
There are roles available in the Community, National Citizen Service, Disability and Operations (Coaching) departments.
The programme is made possible thanks to Sports Structures and the Premier League.
Applications are now closed. Please contact us if you’d like to find out more about the programme.
Aedan Oliver reveals how his journey with the Foundation inspired him to become an apprentice.
