Story added: 28th April 2025
The Community Sports Foundation is thrilled to announce that we have secured 12 charity places for the TCS London Marathon 2026, taking place on Sunday, 26th April 2026. This iconic 26.2-mile race through the heart of London offers Foundation supporters a unique opportunity to support our mission of changing lives through sport.
By running for the Foundation, you’ll help fund vital programmes that drive inclusion for people with disabilities, boost mental health and wellbeing, and support disadvantaged individuals across Norfolk. Every step you take will contribute to empowering our community through sport.
To secure one of our charity places, runners are required to pay a £100 registration fee and commit to raising a minimum of £2,500 (excluding Gift Aid). In return, you’ll receive:
Tailored training advice
Support from our dedicated events team to help you reach your fundraising target
A free branded running top to wear on race day
Achievement souvenirs
Our team will be with you every step of the way, from your first training run to the finish line on The Mall. We’ll provide fundraising tips, motivation, and cheer you on during the race.
And of course, if you’re successful in securing your own ballot place, we invite you to join our team and run for the Foundation. You’ll set your own fundraising target and still receive our full support, without the registration fee.
