Thirteen teams enjoy golf-in-the-dark for the #BuildTheNest campaign

The Community Sport Foundation’s second Night Golf event returned to Norfolk Premier Golf yesterday evening, as 54 golfers took to the fairways for five holes of visually stunning LED golf action.

A crisp, clear and unseasonably warm evening created ideal conditions to show off the lit up fairways, tees, paths, greens and golf balls in all their glory.

Playing in teams and to Texas Scramble rules, the reduced number of holes meant competition was tight and fierce.

Finishing on top of the leaderboard with a score of 20 was Teletronics, with three runners-up finishing on 22: Metro-Rod, SaxonAir and DesiraGroup.

Away from their round, the teams enjoyed a series of golf challenges and casino-themed games, with freshly cooked food provided by The Bucket List.

The event raised a total of £1,500, which will be match-funded by Norwich City Football Club as part of the on-going #BuildTheNest campaign.
