Football fever is sweeping through the Foundation this summer, bringing energy, excitement and a real sense of global celebration to our programmes. From fast‑paced tournaments to themed weekly sessions, school festivals and inclusive activities, it’s set to be a brilliant few weeks of play, learning and connection.
Introducing the Summer of Football – a celebration that brings our community together through creativity, competition and the global game. Participants will take home a special Summer of Football certificate to mark their involvement and celebrate their achievements.
Coming to The Nest on Sunday 28 June (9am–12pm) for ages 6 and 7, this high‑energy small‑sided tournament is all about quick thinking and teamwork. With fast transitions, plenty of touches and a brilliant atmosphere, it’s the perfect introduction to competitive play for young footballers.
Book NowOur inclusive disability and SEND programme will also embrace the global‑game feel, weaving themed activities into weekly delivery. This will include sessions across Pan‑Disability Football, Powerchair Football, All‑Star Dance and more.
Book NowWith free weekly sessions across Norfolk, Premier League Kicks will be adding a Summer of Football twist to delivery, with unique activities and challenges alongside the usual fun over the coming weeks.

The Canary 4s International Schools Festival will be held at The Nest on Thursday 11 June, bringing primary schools together for a full day of learning and football – giving pupils the chance to step into the shoes of an international team for the day.

Our weekly Kids Courses sessions will also be incorporating Summer of Football, with themed activities such as Play like Portugal and Finish like France.
We’ll also be running Train Like a Pro Residentials in August for players aged U10–U14 looking to immerse themselves in a professional training experience at The Nest.
