Foundation Padel brings players of all ages together on our brand‑new courts at The Nest, offering fun, friendly, and inclusive sessions for juniors, adults, and older participants. It’s an enjoyable way to stay active, build confidence, and experience one of the world’s fastest‑growing sports.

Padel is a fast, social, and accessible racket sport that’s easy to pick up and great fun to play. Our sessions focus on participation, enjoyment, and confidence‑building through engaging games, activities, and match‑play opportunities. Players can develop coordination, teamwork, racket skills, and game understanding — all while meeting new people and enjoying time on court.

Our junior sessions offer a fun, friendly introduction to padel for children of all abilities, delivered across three age groups: 6-8, 9–11, and 12–14. Each session focuses on participation, enjoyment, and confidence‑building through engaging games and padel‑based activities.
