Sessions for the unique weight-loss programme start on October 5th

A new season of the innovative weight-loss programme for men, Man vs. Fat, starts next month.

Players can register for the programme here, with the first session taking place at Carrow Park on Friday 28th September at 7pm. Sessions will take place at Open Academy thereafter.

Last season, a whopping 220kg was collectively lost by the participants, which uses football – and a unique scoring system – as the incentive.

About Man vs. Fat

Man v Fat Football is a 14-week football league for men who want to lose weight.

Over the 14 weeks, players are put into teams and compete against each other in a local league every Friday evening. Each game lasts 30 minutes and features 6 players per side.

Games are decided not just on the score on the pitch, but as a result of goal bonuses that teams earn from their weight loss.
