Norwich City Community Sports Foundation is proud to announce the rebrand of its disability and SEND provision as Realising Potential, reflecting our commitment to creating inclusive opportunities.
Over recent months, we have taken time to review our sessions and listen carefully to staff, parents and participants. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with 93% telling us they have had a great experience. Many highlighted the welcoming and friendly approach of our staff and venues, something we are determined to build on as we move forward.
As part of the rebrand, we are excited to invite families, participants, schools, and the wider community to our Realising Potential Showcase Event at The Nest on Saturday 10th January. Our team will be at the event to share more information, while there will be a showcase of our sessions and opportunities for people to join in.

The Community Sports Foundation is now an approved provider for Norfolk County Council’s Short Breaks scheme, which funds activities for families with children and young people who have SEND.
To ensure our programmes continue to grow, we are investing in our staff with a new training plan designed to further develop their skills and confidence in delivering inclusive sport. This will help us provide the appropriate support to every participant, whatever their ability or background.
“We’re really excited about Realising Potential,” said Disability Sports Manager, James Fish.
“We’ve spent time refining our sessions using feedback from staff, parents, and participants. The response has been fantastic, showing the real impact of our programmes. Our goal is to reach even more people.
“We offer free taster sessions and make sure everyone feels welcome – whether it’s your first visit or you’re a regular.”
"The showcase event is a great chance to see the full breadth of Realising Potential and see how it supports our community."
