Young players at Sloughbottom Park enjoyed an unforgettable evening last month as Norwich City players Jeffrey Schlupp and Kellen Fisher dropped in on the Foundation’s Premier League Kicks session.
The pair were met with huge excitement as they arrived at the free weekly programme, which gives young people aged 8 to 18 a safe place to play football, make friends, and build confidence. Premier League Kicks uses the power of sport to bring communities together, offering regular coaching, positive activities, and support with real life challenges.
Schlupp and Fisher met participants, offered advice and shared their experiences in a Q&A before engaging in activities. They also stayed to sign autographs and take pictures with the group at the end of the session.
Premier League Kicks continues to make a meaningful impact in the local community, offering young people a safe space to build positive relationships while helping to reduce anti-social behaviour. Find out more about the programme by clicking here.
