Teams from 12 different clubs visited The Nest on Saturday to take part in the fourth CSF Disability Summer Cup.

An entertaining day’s action saw the team from Middlesbrough’s Foundation lift the trophy following a penalty shoot-out against Norwich City in the final.

Participants had a range of disabilities such as cerebral palsy, hearing impairments, dwarfism, and learning disabilities.

The competition also featured teams from Manchester City (CITC), Millwall Community Trust, Watford FC Trust,  The Albion Foundation (West Bromwich Albion), the Aston Villa Foundation, Arsenal Community, MK Dons Sport and Education Trust, Stoke City, the Chelsea Foundation, and Swansea City Community Trust.

Four teams used The Nest’s residential and catering facilities to extend their visit, enjoying games of pool, table football, table tennis, and Fifa on the PS4s.

"We're at @NorwichCityCSF today for the Summer Cup '19. Thank you for hosting such a fantastic tournament. "
