Osman Foyo and Finley Welch join students at high school in Gorleston

Norwich City Academy U18 players Osman Foyo and Finley Welch visited Ormiston Venture Academy last week to help the Foundation deliver a Premier League Inspires session.

The Inspires group at OVA have been set the task to produce a social action plan to improve sustainability, including the design of recycling bins for Carrow Road on a matchday.

The young players supported the Foundation’s PL Inspires Officer Aoife Linehan at the session, answering questions from the students and helping to choose the winning designs from those created.

Using the power of Norwich City Football Club and the Premier League, PL Inspires aims to develop skills and knowledge, whilst improving confidence, self-esteem and mental wellbeing.

Aimed at KS3 students, the free programme is delivered in-school hours.
