Ian’s first engagement with the Charity was on work experience aged 14 years of age. He joined the Foundation full time team in 1995 and undertook a number of roles across the Charity, before later being appointed leader of the organisation.
Ian was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the Birthday Honours List 2022 for services to communities in East Anglia.
Ian is a UEFA ‘A’ Licensed Coach, FA Affiliate Tutor and also holds his Academy Manager’s Licence. In 2011, he was manager of the Norfolk County FA U18s team that won the FA County Youth Cup.

We have Soccer Schools running at venues across Norfolk & Suffolk, and whether participants are new to football, or are already a budding Canary superstar, the Soccer Schools programme has been put together to provide a fun, holiday activity at an affordable price.
