• Entry fee – There is no entry fee as this is a self-funded event
• Deposit – £TBC, non-refundable
  • Once booking opens you will need to secure your place by paying a non-refundable deposit per team
  • This will then be deducted from your accommodation costs
  • Other costs will include (but are not limited to) fuel, Euro tunnel, and food
• Minimum Fundraising Target – £TBC
  • In 2025 the target was set at £2,500
  • This target is set as a team

In 2025 the route covered 1,800 miles around Europe. Starting and finishing at The Nest and Canaryball Rally 3 travelled through France, Italy, Austria, Germany, and Belgium.

• Day 1: The Nest, UK > Troyes, France (476 miles)

Taking in the Champagne Route

• Day 2: Troyes > St. Moritz, Switzerland (435 miles)

Taking in Lake Lucerne, Oberalp Pass , Albula Pass

• Day 3: St. Moritz > Zurich, Switzerland (226 miles)

Taking in the Stelvio Pass

• Day 4: Zurich > Spa, Belgium (341 miles)

Taking in Lake Constance and The Black Forest Route

• Day 5: Spa > The Nest, UK (417 miles)

Taking in Spa and The Belgian and French Coast

In 2025 we proudly partnered up with Oyster Travel.

Working closely with the team at Oyster Travel we secured the best accommodation options based throughout this European adventure.

Once bookings open the team at Oyster Travel will work with you to book  your accommodation and any additional requirements you may want at each of your chosen hotels.​

The Gala Dinner is hosted on the final evening of the rally. This is a great chance to look back on the challenge and more importantly, the winners of the rally are announced and presented with their prize.

No rally would be complete without the number signage of the cars!

In 2025 we were extremely grateful once again for the support of CIM Signs & Graphics, who provided the car numbers. On signing up you will be allocated a number for the rally. If there is a specific number you would like, simply let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

A great way of securing sponsorship for the rally is to reach out to companies that would be prepared to donate in return for their logo on your car. For an additional fee, CIM Signs & Graphics can help you out. Please let us know if you would like to be in put in touch.

There will be plenty of opportunities to get together in the lead up to Canaryball Rally 4 in 2027.

You can look forward to things like information evenings, a quiz, and a media day, plus an opportunity to meet some of the individuals your money raised will be helping.
