Around 150 participants joined us online yesterday for an exclusive FC Live workshop.
The second instalment of our free coach development series saw CSF’s Ian Thornton and Stevie Bramble joined by Norwich City FC’s Sporting Director Stuart Webber and former Canaries captain and current MK Dons manager Russell Martin.
Stuart Webber opened the seminar by detailing the importance of a high performance culture in professional sport, along with an insight into how the current squad are gearing up for the restart of the Premier League season.
This was followed by Russell Martin taking through his first 90 days as a professional manager in League One, and how he has set about building his own working culture within MK Dons.
Participants were given the chance to ask questions to the duo at the end of the evening.
A big thank you to Norfolk County Council and Ben Burgess for supporting the event.
Interesting @NorwichCityCSF @NorwichCityFC webinar last night, "Developing a High Performance Culture" with guests Russell Martin and Stuart Webber. Liked the @MKDonsFC team values that Martin developed with his squad: FAMILY, HAPPINESS, SUCCESS, INTENSITY, LEGACY. #goals ⚽️

Thoroughly enjoyable and some great insight and context, plenty of useful information that can be used within the grass roots clubs.
Took a lot of learning from it
Wish Russell Martin & MK dons all the best for the future and great work from @NorwichCityCSF to get the event on https://t.co/ADzcy1LAao
