Free sessions available at Centre for Run Norwich CSF entrants

Part of #TeamCSF and training for Run Norwich?

From the 29th March, and thanks to those fine folk over at Riverside Leisure Centre, we’ve got your Sundays sorted.

As per last year, Riverside Leisure Centre are kindly offering #TeamCSF charity runners free access to their gym and pool every Sunday in the lead up to the race.

Runners will be able to enjoy use of the pool, gym, a 30-minute MyRide cycle class, and running or training advice from qualified gym instructors.

It all starts with a big Open Day event on Sunday 29th March, with the weekly drop-in sessions starting a week later.

  • Free use of the gym (with introductory sessions available)
  • Free use of the pool (1.00pm-3.00pm is ‘Family Fun’ in the main pool; 3.00pm-5.00pm is ‘Just Swim’)
  • Free MyRide (indoor cycling class) 30-mins tasters at 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm

As well as all that, you can meet Foundation staff and enjoy free refreshments and a goody bag.

From 5th April to 12th July (Sundays, 2pm-4pm), you’ll get free access to:

  • The gym
  • 30-minute MyRide cycle class (2.30pm)
  • Use of the pool (3.00pm-4.00pm)
  • Running or training advice from gym instructor (available for 30 mins from 3.00pm)

Riverside Leisure Centre will just need proof that you’re running for Team CSF to let you in (your race confirmation email will be fine).
