Story added: 4th December 2025
As of December 2025, Foundation partners Reed Wellbeing are offering free NHS health checks from Carrow Road, on the first and third Thursday of every month.
The Reed Wellbeing team will be based at the Foundation’s very own Support Hub; a health and wellbeing room located at the River End side of the football stadium.
The free health checks are available to anyone aged between 40 and 74, and can help reduce the risk of developing conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease or a stroke.
Led by a team of fully-qualified health practitioners, Reed Wellbeing are health care experts, and can help provide essential checks to those who may struggle to get an appointment with their general practitioner, or who simply want an additional health check.
