Sixty golfers joined Dean Ashton for the fourth annual Community Sports Foundation (CSF) Charity Golf Day yesterday which was held at The Marriott Sprowston Manor.
The event raised over £3000 for the Foundation which will help to support disabled and disadvantaged people across Norfolk.
Players were treated to bacon rolls and a free gift bag on arrival and after a warm welcome from former Norwich City FC striker and CSF Ambassador Dean Ashton, the fifteen teams took to the fairways for a shotgun start.
As well as the main 18-hole Texas Scramble format competition, there were several other course challenges to take part in throughout the day including the longest drive, Nearest the pin and Beat the Pro.
