The trial dates for the 2021/22 season of the girls’ Norwich City Advanced Coaching Centre (ACC) have been confirmed.
An initial trial, aimed at girls not currently in the ACC programme, will take place on Thursday 5th August at The Nest.
The ACC allows talented players to improve their skills through quality coaching run by the Foundation, and licensed by The FA.
Players selected will benefit from 29 weeks of coaching at a central venue (Thursday nights), combined with competitive fixtures against other regional centres and/or appropriately selected teams. The opportunity will not conflict with any player’s club football but provides an advanced addition to their development.
The ACC forms part of the Eastern Region Talent Pathway and those with elite potential can access FA National Talent Camps and Women’s U15/17 England squads.
Following this initial trial, selected players will be invited to attend a second trial evening on Thursday 19th August, ahead of final squad decisions.
Age groups by date of birth:
Please note: age banding for 2021/2022 season
The trial will be run in accordance with the latest social distancing guidelines. See our Covid-19 compliant delivery statement for more details.
