Paul Knowles

Paul is the Director of Building Partnerships Ltd. and is responsible for funding, planning and the development strategy of the company’s projects and for landowner clients.

Having previously worked in both the public and private sector in London and across East Anglia, Paul has extensive knowledge of property and development both locally and nationally.

Paul was the Chairman of the Foundation between 2010 and 2021 and was  appointed Director of ‘The Nest‘, the Foundation’s community hub, in 2021.
