Football Development Pathway goalkeeper selected for Lionesses U16 Fixture Camp

Amber Locker, who is part of the Foundation’s Academy Development Programme & Emerging Talent Centre, has been selected by England take part in an U16 Fixture Camp from the 3rd to 8th of November.

The young Lionesses will gear up to play Wales on Tuesday, 8th of November at St George’s Park.

The announcement marks the third time this year that Amber has been called upon by the England U16 setup, which is the first age that players can be selected internationally.

At this stage, the players have an introduction to the England setup.

The focus for this age group is:

Amber L (England call up)

Amber, who plays as a goalkeeper, has been a member of the Foundation’s programmes since U12.

Over 250 local girls are part of the Foundation’s Girls’ pathway, which can name current Manchester City winger, Lauren Hemp, Bristol City midfielder, Aimee Palmer and our very own Norwich City Women General Manager and former Robins full-back, Flo Allen amongst its alumni.
