The Summer Cup, our tournament for grassroots teams, returns to The Nest across two weekends in June (20th-21st June and 27th-28th June), with entry to open shortly.
Now in its 21st year, the Summer Cup welcomes teams from across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Four days of football will kick-off with an invite-only disability and Kicks competition. Last year, over 1,750 boys and girls from 180 teams joined us for the tournament.
Entry for the Summer Cup will open at 10am on Wednesday 5th February, and team spots are expected to sell out fast.
U9-U12 tournaments: 6-a-side. Group stages & knock-out. Trophies for winners and runners-up.
U7-U8 tournaments: 5-a-side. Non-competitive. Every participant receives a medal.
Please note: the tournament is open to clubs of all ability but they must be affiliated to a County FA. No elite or commercial/franchised organisations may enter.

We are looking for aspiring coaches to help us deliver a variety of different sessions across Norfolk.
