New recruits welcome at Aviva-backed LGBT-inclusive football club

A new season for Proud Canaries FC gets underway next week.

The LGBT-inclusive football team Proud Canaries, backed by Aviva and fully supported by Norwich City Football Club train weekly at Carrow Park, and new recruits are welcome.

The first session commences on Friday 5th October 2018 at 8pm.

The cost of each session is £3, and the season runs in 30 session increments. New players are welcome to trial a session, before committing to the block booking.

Sessions are run by CSF staff and Proud Canaries FC volunteers.

About Proud Canaries FC

Proud Canaries FC is a Norfolk-based club established in December 2017 by Aviva and Proud Canaries. It forms part of Aviva’s campaign to celebrate the diverse nature of football from the amateur level to the elite.

The new team is officially backed and fully supported by Norwich City Football Club and proudly wear the Club’s colours.
