A limited number of places are still available on the free 10-week course

The Community Sports Foundation’s Kick Cancer programme starts again next Friday, and there are still a limited number of places available for interested participants.

The 10-week activity based programme helps individuals who are living with or recovering from cancer to enjoy the benefits of physical activity at Norwich City Football Club.

The programme includes a one-hour physical activity session followed by a social hour with group discussions, guest appearances and excursions.

Activities include yoga, gym, swimming, walking sports & more.

Sessions take place on a Friday between 4pm and 6pm, and are based at Norwich City Football Club and Riverside Leisure Centre.

Kick Cancer is delivered by the Foundation and supported by the Big C cancer charity & Riverside Leisure Centre.
