CSF has a proven pathway to identify, recruit, train and develop staff
We are continuously on the lookout for new staff that have a great desire to make a difference and deliver alongside our unique strategy. The training potential within our Foundation repays those who show promise and work hard to develop. Whether you are looking for football work or generally for work in sport, we really do have something for everyone.
We are proud to be Norfolk's biggest sporting provider, meaning we have job opportunities to work in sport more than any other around the county and beyond. Our comprehensive training programme means that we offer each member of staff the chance to achieve our desirable qualifications whilst employed with the Foundation and we strive to maintain that. We have a proven track record of employing, training and developing enthusiastic sports coaches who now form an integral part of our full time development team.
All potential applicants are urged to apply, whether you are in full time employment and are looking for some part time coaching, or are unemployed and looking for sports environment work, the Community Sports Foundation will help you to ‘Achieve Your Goals’.
Throughout the year we will run recruitment evenings held at either Carrow Road or Carrow Park. These evenings will consist of a presentation from our team on our delivery philosophy, leading to one-to-one interviews with members of the team to discuss candidate experience and aspirations. All candidates who attend one of our recruitment evenings will hear back from us as we strive to feedback on all individual performances.
