A disability should not stop you fulfilling your potential; you just need the right environment

Get active and develop personal skills with our new Realising Potential programme, based at both The Nest and Carrow Park in Norwich.

Aimed at children and adults with either physical or learning disabilities, the programme includes:

The programme lasts 12-weeks with one session per week.

It is free of charge thanks to support from Norfolk Hire, the Professional Footballers’ Association and NCS.

Mondays, 12-1pm
Carrow Park - Seniors Multi-sport
Tuesdays, 6-8pm
The Nest - Juniors (ages 10-18)
Wednesdays, 1.30-3.30pm
Carrow Park - Seniors
Thursdays, 4-6pm
The Nest - Ambassador Scheme (ages 16-25)

Realising Potential Ambassador Scheme

The Ambassador Scheme is essentially a new strand of Realising Potential, specifically for 16–25-year-olds.

Through weekly workshops, complete the Realising Potential Ambassador checklist and:
