Paul Knowles
Chairman, Building Partnerships
Paul is the promoter behind the Rackheath Eco Town. He has high levels of experience in property development, including commercial, private and environmental facility development projects. He is a committee member of Norwich Rugby Club, and his children have all been involved with the Foundation in the past.
Roger Howlett
Roger has been involved with us since 1992, and took up the position of a board member and trustee in 2000 when the scheme became a registered Charity. Since retiring from the position of Chief Executive of Norfolk County FA, Roger has taken an active role with The FA and sits on the National Game Board together with various disciplinary and youth committees. Roger has excellent experience and understanding of the Charity from our inception to where we are today.
Shaun Turner
Chief Executive, Norfolk County FA
Shaun's coaching career started with the charity in 1997, and he progressed to the role of Development Officer in 2000, playing a key part in many development initiatives. In 2002, he made the transfer to Norfolk County FA as County Development Manager, progressing from there to his current role of Chief Executive.
Peter Waters
Editor, Eastern Daily Press
Peter is an award winning journalist, editor and publisher of regional newspapers and magazines, with extensive experience of launching new titles, developing brands and strategic thinking. Has more than 25 years' experience in commercial and marketing disciplines.
Michael Wynn-Jones
Shareholder, Norwich City FC
Michael and his wife Delia are majority shareholders in Norwich City Football Club. Michael made his name through publishing with his former company, New Crane Publishing, which produced Sainsbury's Magazine amongst many others. Michael is a true Norwich City fan, and rarely misses a fixture.
Michael Foulger
Shareholder and Vice Chairman, Norwich City FC
Michael is managing Director of Attleborough-based Banham Poultry. A life long fan, Michael joined the Norwich City FC board in 1996.
Nick Shorten
Project Director, Amec
Nick has more than 20 years' experience in the oil, gas and marine industries, and is highly experienced in Operations and Project management, leading on multi-million pound contracts. Currently he is currently project Director for Amec Oil and Gas, with key responsibilities for implementing a change programme. Nick has excellent knowledge of the local football community and the Charity through the attendance of his two daughters over the years.
Sam Gordon
Director of Finance, Norwich City FC
Sam Gordon is a qualified accountant and is responsible for all aspects of the Club's finances, including financial reporting, cashflow management and external financing relationships. Sam is originally from East Anglia and has worked for local companies Group Lotus and Hoseasons Holidays prior to joining Norwich City FC in 2008.
Mick Dennis
Sports writer and broadcaster
Mick is president of the Norwich City Supporters' Trust as well as an ambassador for CSF. The sports writer has worked with some of the biggest national newspapers including The Sun, The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Times, but since December 2003 he has been the football correspondent at The Daily Express.
