Dance Coaches

Storm Dance Company regularly recruits Dance Coaches to deliver a wide range of initiatives. As a quality dance provider, Storm Dance Company offers many opportunities working with Schools & Education, Health, Disability, Community Cohesion and dance-specific provisions.

Community Sports Coaches

We are always on the look out for staff with a specific sports qualification or those with a number of different sports qualifications. We like our staff to have a great desire to work for the Foundation and potentially skill up through our mentoring / volunteering programme should they not have the necessary qualifications. All potential staff will have a verbal and practical interview in order for us to see the standard of your coaching and communication skills.

Minimum qualifications required are:

Level 1 in a specific sport
Emergency First Aid Certification
Safeguarding Children Certificate
Advanced Criminal Records Bureau check

Additional desirable qualifications required are:

Level 2 or higher in a specific sport
Mixture of sports coaching qualification in different sports
Equity in Coaching
Working with Disabled People
Positive Behaviour Management

CSF is Norfolk's biggest sporting provider. We also provide our staff with a comprehensive training programme in order for all staff to achieve our desirable qualification whilst employed with the Foundation. We have a proven track record of employing, training and developing enthusiastic coaches who now form an integral part of our full time development team.
