The Community Sports Foundation are committed to developing environments where everyone feels safe, valued and respected through our Canary Safe standards.
We champion the rights of children, young people and adults at risk and aim to create a supportive culture where their views are heard positively and are acted upon. We seek to empower everyone to confidently share any safeguarding concern or to highlight poor safeguarding practice or behaviour.
Our dedicated Safeguarding Team work in partnership with colleagues, stakeholders and statutory agencies to keep those at risk safe from harms.
The Community Sports Foundation has comprehensive safeguarding policies and procedures that align with Norfolk’s Safeguarding Children’s Partnership through the NSCP Safer Programme.
The Foundation seeks to actively promote safeguarding within all partnership arrangements.
The cost of living crisis affects everyone and it is important to be aware of risks that may happen alongside the crisis.
